RIDE SPECIAL FEATURES

There is a fee of $3 for the first pet. That fee covers the cost of freshening up the interior and vacuuming the seats for the next passenger(s). There is also a cost of $2 for each additional pet up to two pets (depending on size possibly more). If maximum space capacity is met for the pets on board the vehicle, the owner/guardian will have to sit in the front seat.

All pets (as well as passengers) will need to be strapped in the back seat and are not allowed to free roam. Pets are NOT permitted to sit in the front seat.

Please ensure that all pets have emptied their bladder or bowels prior to boarding the vehicle. Sick pets are the sole responsibility of their owner/guardian and are required to bring the appropriate items for their pets (i.e. paper towels, wet wipes, water, treats, food etc.).

All pets under 15lbs must be in a carrier. Any pets over 15lbs must wear a leash. Any aggressive pets need to be always muzzled during the ride for everyone’s safety.

There is a $2 fee that covers the cost of freshening up the interior and seats between fares in the event the next passenger requests a non-smoking transport.

Smoking is permitted during the drive within the vehicle. A fare must request a smoking ride otherwise the ride is a non-smoking ride by default. Windows must be cracked during the drive and ashtrays need to be used while smoking.

Wi-Fi is only provided upon request before the vehicle is in motion. As of April 2023, Ohio law (ORC 4511.204) makes it illegal to operate a motor vehicle while holding, supporting, or using a handheld electronic device (phone, tablet, etc.).

So once the vehicle is in motion, this service cannot be provided due to these safety regulations.

One way rides are only for residential drop-offs within Urbana and for the following cities: Bellefontaine, Columbus, Dayton, London, Marysville, Piqua, Sidney, Springfield, Troy, Vandalia, and West Liberty.

If you need a two-way ride to go to an appointment or need to go shopping, please make that known before scheduling. The first 30 minutes of waiting are free, but after 30 minutes, you will be charged $5 for every 15 minutes. Failure to pay this fee may result in a ban from receiving any future rides.
